STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – A local 4-H Club helps young people sew the seeds for a long healthy life.
The Longview Disciples are sponsoring a ” Healthier You ” program through the Oktibbeha County extension office.
It provides information on diet and exercise, as well as tips on how to grow your own healthy food.
The 13 week program runs through April 21.
That’s when participants will demonstrate what they learned and how it helped them.
The program is free to all Oktibbeha County young people.
